• Game logs (MongoDB): 90 days, then automatically deleted
• HTTP request metrics (PostgreSQL): Retained indefinitely for security and analytics
• Custom characters: Stored locally on your device until you delete them
• Feedback: Retained for 2 years or upon request

7. Third-Party AI Service (OpenAI)

7.1 Data Sent to OpenAI

When you use character generation or play against AI characters, we send:

• Character names and descriptions
• Game state and hand information
• Custom character personalities you create

7.2 OpenAI Data Usage

Important: As of our last update, OpenAI states:

• API data is NOT used to train their models (unless you opt-in)
• Data is retained for 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted

We do not control OpenAI's data practices. Review their privacy policy independently.

8. Children's Privacy

Texas Taunt'em is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, contact us immediately at plsc1081@gmail.com and we will delete it.

9. Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

Technical Measures:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit
